Over 30 mayors from Moldova participate in training sessions in Budapest

Chisinau, 11 September /MOLDPRES/ - Over 30 mayors from Moldova on 9-10 September participated in training sessions held in Budapest, Hungary. MOLDPRES.

The exchange of experience was organized the Diplomatic Academy from Hungary, jointly with the Hungarian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade.

The event’s agenda included subjects of major interest, such as: European strategies in the Public Services field, techniques of negotiation, opportunities of extension and EU’s future.

„These trainings represent an opportunity for deepening the knowledge of European integration and provide a wider vision on the development of local communities,’’ the European Integration Bureau said.

Thus, the mayors learned about European techniques of settlements’ development, applicable in communities. The action was possible due to the support of the partners, the German Agency for International Development Moldova (GIZ Moldova).
