Chisinau, Sep 12 /MOLDPRES/- The construction of one-storey detached houses with an area of less than 150 square meters and their household annexes in rural localities will be simpler. The regulation setting out the necessary steps for the construction and reception of these types of houses was published in the Official Journal today.
Thus, rural citizens will be able to build one-storey dwelling houses of up to 150 square meters and household annexes, following clear rules on location, design, execution and reception. The measures will reduce the time and cost needed to build a house and provide more security for families.
The regulation also lays down the conditions for the location of the constructions; the persons entitled to carry out the construction works, the persons responsible for checking the quality of the constructions and the holder of the investor status; the procedure and deadline for convening the reception commission and the procedure for drawing up and signing the reception report.
Responsible people claim that the new rules will provide more certainty and security for investors and families and will ensure better quality of construction through proper supervision and compliance with technical standards.
The government decision on the approval of the new regulation entered into force today, upon publication in the Official Journal.
