CSM temporarily transferred three judges to Chisinau Court of Appeal

Chisinau, Sep 12 /MOLDPRES/- Superior Council of Magistracy (CSM) today temporarily transferred three judges to the Chisinau Court of Appeal. They will start their work on September 23.
According to the decision of the CSM members, judges Constantin Rosca and Roman Pascari from the Chisinau Court of Appeal and judge Vitalie Pîslariuc from the Orhei Court of Appeal were temporarily transferred to the Chisinau Court of Appeal.
The judges are to be temporarily transferred until 30 judges are replaced.
