Chisinau, Sep 18 /MOLDPRES/- Government continues valorizing public properties and improving their management. At today's meeting, the Cabinet approved amendments to the legal framework in this regard, the government's communication department has reported.
The amendments see completing the list of lands under the management of the Public Property Agency by registering in state ownership several lands, identified following the delimitation process. They include: the land within the Chisinau ZEL, Lake Delia in Ungheni and some lands related to the buildings of Barza Alba company.
"The mechanism of delimitation of public property lands is active and will further bring new properties, which are legally in the "air", which will be registered later as state property," said Roman Cojuhari, director of the Public Property Agency.
Another amendment aims to reduce the area of a land in Zagarancea village, Ungheni district, subject to privatization this year, in the context of strategic development projects in the region. More specifically, this portion is necessary for the extension of the national road and the formation of the adjacent safety and protection zone.
At the same time, the lists of real estate under the administration of ministries and public authorities will be updated. The free transfer of real estate between public institutions will effectively enhance the value of the land and assets received and optimize their use.
