Foreign Minister meets USAID Assistant Administrator

Chisinau, Sep 18 /MOLDPRES/- Chisinau's chief diplomat Mihai Popșoi met today with USAID Assistant Administrator Erin McKee, head of the American delegation to the Ministerial Conference of Moldova Partnership Platform.

Popșoi expressed gratitude for the constant support of the United States, which contributes to the democratic reforms and economic growth of the Republic of Moldova. He welcomed the US delegation's announcement of a new assistance package for our country, which will support important projects in the infrastructure and cyber security.

They also referred to the extensive assistance provided through the US Agency for International Development, which contributes to strengthening energy security, cyber security and transportation infrastructure.
