PM to lead Moldova's delegation at high-level session of the United Nations General Assembly, held in New York

Chisinau, 26 September /MOLDPRES/ - Prime Minister Dorin Recean will lead Moldova’s delegation at the high-level session of the United Nations General Assembly, held in New York. The spokesman for the government, Daniel Voda, has unveiled the information to this effect for MOLDPRES.
The PM will represent Moldova at the most important international forum, with the main subject, Unity in diversity, for the advancement of peace, sustainable development and human dignity for everyone everywhere.
Contacted by Moldpres, the spokesman for the government, Daniel Voda, said that Dorin Recean would give a speech in the plenum of the General Assembly, ‘’stressing Moldova’s contribution to the global problems, as well as the regional security, climate changes and will speak out for the strengthening of the international cooperation within UN.’’
The prime minister’s agenda will comprise also high-level meetings with his counterparts and the UN leadership and in the end of his visit he will meet the Moldova Diaspora from the USA.
The works of the high-level segment of the 79th session of the United Nations General Assembly are held in New York on 23-27 September.
