Victoria Furtună: I voted for Moldova that has good relations with all countries of world

Chişinău, 20 oct. /MOLDPRES/- Independent presidential candidate Victoria Furtună cast her vote in Hîncești today. She said she voted for the future of the Republic of Moldova.

"I voted for the future of the Republic of Moldova, for a stormy Moldova that has good relations with all countries in the world. I voted for us, the people, to restore the history of our country, the language of our country, and the belief in good God. I assure you that together we will be the creators of a new Moldova," she said.

Presidential elections and constitutional referendum on Moldova's accession to the European Union are taking place on 20 October.

In this election, citizens receive two ballots—one for the presidential election and the other for the referendum. In the referendum, citizens will answer the question: "Do you agree with amending the Constitution for Moldova's accession to the European Union?"

There are 11 candidates running for the presidency.
