PHOTO Companies from Moldova explore new markets in Germany, with possibility to initiate strategic cooperation

Chisinau, 3 December /MOLDPRES/ - The Investments Agency of Moldova, with the financial support of the World Bank,  has organized a new event within the Export Missions programmne, dedicated to the facilitation of Moldovan products on international markets and consolidation of the commercial relations with partners from Germany.   

The event, held in Hamburg, Germany, brought together 21 Moldovan companies in key sectors, such as fruits, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, giving them opportunity to explore new markets and initiate strategic cooperation. The activities were structured during two days: on 26 November, for the fruits’ sector and on 28 November, Moldovan wines were promoted.   

„As many as 165 B2B meetings between Moldovan companies and buyers from Germany were held at the event, the goal of which was to open new channels of sale and identify future commercial partnerships. This initiative proves Moldova’s commitment to consolidate its presence on the German market and stimulate the exports through reliable partnerships,’’ the Investments Agency said.    

Export Missions is part of a string of initiatives implemented by the Investments Agency, in order to support the development of the export sector of Moldova. The results of the programme’s previous editions prove its impact: in the last four years, the overall volume of exports generated amounted to 3.3 million euros.    

These results show the commitment of the Investments Agency to support the Moldovan exporters and promote the native products on international markets. Through such initiatives, Moldova continues to consolidate its position as reliable partner on global markets, providing qualitative products and creating new opportunities for the development of the international trade, according to the Investments Agency.
