PM: Next week, we will take necessary steps to CSE, government, parliament to establish state of emergency in energy sector from 16 December

Chisinau, Dec. 6, 2010 /MOLDPRES/- Prime Minister Dorin Recean organized today the first working meeting at the Energy Ministry, where the main directions of activity for the immediate next period and for the preparation of the state of emergency in the energy sector were discussed.
"This morning we organized first working meeting at the Energy Ministry. We outlined the main directions of activity for the next period and for the preparation of the state of emergency in the energy sector. Next week, we will take all the necessary steps to the Commission for Emergency Situations (CSE), the Government and the Parliament in order to establish it as of December 16," according to the Prime Minister.
Recean has appointed State Secretary Constantin Borosan to be in charge of coordinating all administrative-organizational processes at the ministry during his tenure as energy minister.
On December 5, the official announced that he will take over the energy portfolio until the new minister is appointed, stressing that during a meeting with the institutions responsible for providing the country with gas and electricity, several tasks were outlined in relation to contingency plans for the coming period.
