Moldova's Superior Council of Magistracy transfers four judges to Chisinau Court of Appeal

Chisinau, 16 December /MOLDPRES/ - The Superior Council of Magistracy (CSM) today ruled to temporarily transfer four judges to the Chisinau Court of Appeal.    

Thus, to fill the vacancies of the Chisinau Court of Appeal, three magistrates were transferred from the Chisinau Court and one magistrate – from the Hancesti Court.

Eight judges registered at the contest initiated for this process by CSM. Three of them withdrew from the competition and one failed to pass the contest.

Thirty judges out of those 57 current positions will work at the Chisinau Court of Appeal, following the temporary transfer made today.
