Moldovan PM says frequent infringing of law by Shor Political Party confirmed under Constitutional Court's ruling

C0hisinau, 19 June /MOLDPRES/ - The fact of frequent infringement of the law by the Shor Political Party, which was repeatedly sanctioned, is confirmed by the today’s ruling of the Constitutional Court (CCM). Prime Minister Dorin Recean has made statements to this effect, after CCM today declared the Shor Political Party unconstitutional.
The PM noted that ‘’the party benefited from support, including financial one, on behalf of intelligence services of a third state, in order to destabilize Moldova and deviate the country’s European integration course.’’
„The ruling strengthens the democracy and the rule of law state of the Republic of Moldova. We are determined to reform the justice, so that the law is at the forefront and the citizens’ dignity is not tread under foot by corrupt people,’’ Dorin Recean said.
The Constitutional Court declared the Shor Political Party unconstitutional today. The process of consideration was initiated based on a notification submitted by the government to CCM.
