First 5 loans granted through 373 Program amounting to about 9 million lei

Chisinau, July 14. /MOLDPRES/- First 5 enterprises that contracted loans with advantageous interest, partially covered by the state through the 373 program, will invest the money in modern machinery and agricultural techniques.

According to the government's communication and protocol department, starting from June 22 until now, 48 applications were submitted by entrepreneurs. They can apply for investment loans of up to 15 million lei from partner commercial banks of the Government Program 373.

The 373 program aims to revive the activity of SMEs in the current economic context, by granting investment credits by the Partner Financial Entities and partial compensation of the interest rate by the Government, through the Fund for Entrepreneurship and Economic Growth of Moldova. The interest rate on loans in foreign currency will be 3% annually, and in lei - 7% annually. Investment loans can be contracted by SMEs for a term of up to 7 years, with a grace period of up to 3 years.
