Call on submitting applications to ask for assistance for farmers hit by consequences of crises from 2022 launched in Moldova

Chisinau, 23 August /MOLDPRES/ - The Agriculture and Food Industry Ministry (MAIA) today launched the call on the submission of applications to ask for assistance for the farmers hit by the consequences of the 2022 year crises.

To this end, the government approved the earmarking of 200 million lei. The institution in charge of the collection of applications for assistance is the Agency of Intervention and Payments for Agriculture (AIPA). ‘’Starting from 24 August, farmers can go to the AIPA territorial offices to submit the set of documents. The deadline is 29 September 2023,’’ the Agriculture Ministry says.
