Moldovan deputy PM meets Ukraine's ambassador at large

Chisinau, 11 September /MOLDPRES/ - Deputy Prime Minister for Reintegration, co-head of the Moldovan-Ukrainian inter-governmental joint commission for economic cooperation Oleg Serebrian today had a working meeting with Ambassador at Large of Ukraine Paun Rohovei, the Reintegration Policies Bureau has reported.

The officials discussed the dynamic of the Chisinau-Tiraspol dialogue, the work of the Moldovan-Ukrainian inter-governmental joint commission for economic cooperation, as well as the present regional situation. The sides exchanged opinions on perspectives of advancement in the Transnistrian settlement process.

At the same time, the interlocutors agreed on the common agenda of activity for the next months.

Attending the meeting on behalf of the Ukrainian side was Ambassador of Ukraine to Moldova Marko Shevchenko and on behalf of the Moldovan side – a state secretary at the Foreign Affairs and European Integration Ministry, Ruslan Bolbocean, and the director general of the Railway of Moldova (CFM) state enterprise, Oleg Tofilat.
