Moldovan central electoral commission registers first electoral bloc for general local polls due on 5 November

Chisinau, 16 September /MOLDPRES/ - The Central Electoral Commission (CEC) today registered the electoral bloc, Ruslan Codreanu, for participation in the general local elections due on 5 November 2023. The bloc is made up of the Christian Social Union of Moldova Political Party and People’s Power Political Party.
At the same time, CEC registered also the electoral symbol of the bloc for taking part in this ballot.
The parties from the electoral bloc will not be able to nominate an independent candidate in one or more electoral constituencies at the general local elections due on 5 November 2023.
