Moldovan government to react promptly every time to combat criminal groups, Prime Minister says

Chisinau, Oct. 4 /MOLDPRES/- The government will not tolerate and will not accept that criminal groups of Moldova run for the general local elections on November 5. Prime Minister Dorin Recean made the statement at today's cabinet meeting.

The premier referred to yesterday's decision of the Constitutional Court, according to which the representatives of Shor party, declared unconstitutional, can run for elections, including the general local elections on November 5.

This morning, the meeting of the Commission for Emergency Situations was convened to set individualization criteria on the persons who do not have the right to run for the local elections of November 5 and the possibility of challenging the administrative decisions at the Court of Appeal.
