Moldovan MPs convene at plenary meeting on 5 October

Chisinau, 4 October /MOLDPRES/ - The MPs will convene at a plenary meeting on 5 October. The parliament’s standing bureau today approved the agenda of the plenary meetings for 5-20 October.   

Eleven drafts on the adjusting of the national legislation to the European acquis were included in the agenda approved by the standing bureau. It is about the legislative initiatives referring to the facilitation of the development of energy infrastructure projects, buildings’ energy performance, management of the road infrastructure’s safety, introduction of phyto-sanitary products on market. Also, the lawmakers will consider legislative amendments on the state assistance, consumers’ protection, use energy from renewable sources, consolidation of aspects on the infrastructure of the financial market, copyrights and related rights.   

The MPs will discuss, in the first reading, the draft on amendment of the state budget, social insurances budget and the mandatory health insurances accounts for this year. The agenda also comprises the draft which provide for the stimulation of the use of electronic services, optimization of the mechanisms of the governance act, activation of the labour force, rights and duties of patients, anti-drug testing. The lawmakers will also consider the legislative initiatives on the amendment of the law on bailiffs, the Law on the Superior Council of Magistracy and the Fiscal Code. The MPs will also discuss the initiatives on Moldova’s accession to two global conventions.      

At the same time, the parliament is to denounce four agreements concluded on the platform of the Commonwealth of Independent States.
