Chisinau, 1 November /MOLDPRES/ - More administrative obstacles and unjustified requirements for the economic agents will be removed and the administrative costs borne in the carrying out of the entrepreneurial activity will be reduced significantly. The cabinet has approved a decision to this end, the government’s communication and protocol department reported.

Under the document, the economic agents will no longer be obliged to keep the record and report in the registers of recruit employees and reservists. Also, the medical control ‘’of adaptation,’’ which is compulsory three months after the employment for people exposed to professional risk factors, will be eliminated. The medical control will be removed also in the case of drivers, at the starting of a road traffic operation, based on a new roadmap.

According to estimations by the Economic Development and Digitalization Ministry, carried out in cooperation with the Secretary of the Economic Council and experts of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), about 48,000 out of all employees were annually obliged to undergo the medical control ‘’of adaptation.’’ The average price of the exam is of at least 200 lei. For this, the business sector was obliged to spend 10 million lei yearly.

Another provision deals with the change of the requirements for the placement of certain food products on market. Thus, the juices and other similar products will be able to be sold without the certificate of compliance, only based on the declaration on one’s own responsibility issued by the producer and the analysis report released by an accredited laboratory.
