Moldovan PM has conversation with Ukrainian counterpart

Chisinau, 13 November /MOLDPRES/ - The commitment of Moldova and Ukraine to continue the implementation of the reforms needed for the two countries’ integration into the European Union has been confirmed during a conversation of Prime Minister Dorin Recean with his Ukrainian counterpart Denys Shmyhal, the government’s communication and protocol department has reported.
The officials referred to an important achievement for the two states – the European Commission’s decision to recommend that the EU member countries open the negotiations on accession for Moldova and Ukraine. In the context, the Moldovan PM congratulated the Ukrainian people on the sure step towards a peaceful and prosperous future in the great family of the European Union.
The sides also discussed topical subjects on the common agenda, with emphasis on the cooperation on the segments of energy, security, infrastructure and transport.
