Moldovan Public Services Agency informs about new service - consulting documents from cadastral archive

Chisinau, 13 November /MOLDPRES/ - Moldova’s citizens will be able to consult files from the cadastral archive, for which they will be subsequently able to ask for copies. The new cadastral services were launched in piloting regime at the multifunctional centres from the Chisinau and Balti municipalities and the Rascani town. In 2024, these services are to be extended all over Moldova, the Public Services Agency (ASP) has reported.    

According to ASP, the following documents can be consulted: technical file of the real estate (the technical part of the real estate: plans for the real estate, constructive elements, year of construction, etc.); cadastral file (the de jure part of the real estate: contracts, decisions of the local public authorities, titles, conclusions/decisions by courts, bailiffs, etc.).

„The service of consultation of files from the cadastral archive can be demanded by the holder of rights indicated in the acts on the real estate and the participant in the transaction/its representative; the heir, potential heir/his representative; the interested person/his representative – based on the approach/conclusion by court; the person whom the right was assigned; the person who was subrogated in rights; the husband which has noted the capacity of right of common asset of spouses; the mortgage creditor, if the notification on the fulfillment of the mortgage is noted, etc.’’ the quoted source said.    

The service, Consultation of document from the cadastral archive, is provided in a three-day term, at the following tariffs: for real estate with dwelling purpose; isolated room (apartment), living house – 500 lei; with non-dwelling purpose, block of flats – 1,000 lei; ground without constructions – 300 lei. The service, Release of copies for documents from the file of a real estate, is provided: in a three-day term – 140 lei; in a one-day period – 420 lei.
