Moldovan deputy PM, Ambassador of Greece discuss bilateral cooperation in European integration sector

Chisinau, 14 May /MOLDPRES/ - Deputy Prime Minister for European Integration Cristina Gherasimov today met Ambassador of Greece to Moldova, His Excellency Nikolaos Krikos, the government’s communication department has reported.

Cristina Gherasimov congratulated Ambassador Krikos on his appointment to office and on his recent accreditation by President Maia Sandu. She noted that that he was the first chief of a Greek diplomatic mission with residence in Moldova.

The discussion was focused on Moldova’s European agenda, as well as on the support provided by the Athens authorities in this context. Deputy PM Cristina Gherasimov thanked for the political support and the assistance provided by the government of Greece in the promotion of the agenda of Moldova’s modernization and transformation.
