PHOTO 20 high-performance anaesthesia devices donated to medical institutions

Chisinau, May 18 /MOLDPRES/- 20 high-performance anaesthesia devices, including monitors for assessing vital functions, have been donated to public medical institutions in our country. The equipment was donated by the World Health Organization (WHO) Country Office in the Republic of Moldova, with support from Germany and Ireland.
One of the beneficiary institutions is the Institute of Neurology and Neurosurgery "Diomid Gherman", where the event of official handing over of the donation took place. Such devices will also benefit the Institute of Emergency Medicine, Clinical Hospital of Traumatology and Orthopedics, Republican Clinical Hospital "Timofei Mosneaga", Municipal Clinical Hospital "Gheorghe Paladi", Institute of Mother and Child, Clinical Hospital Balti, district hospitals Cimislia, Anenii Noi, Rezina, Stefan Voda, Straseni, Leova.
The total value of the state-of-the-art anaesthesia devices is $484 thousand.
The equipment is meant to provide precise and safe administration of anaesthesia, adapting to individual patient needs and ensuring tight control of vital functions during surgery, as well as effective management of emergency situations and critical patients, reducing associated risks and improving treatment outcomes.
