Deputy Prime Minister approached European agenda in Brussels

Brussels, 21 May /MOLDPRES/- Deputy Prime Minister for European Integration Cristina Gherasimov attended the opening of the informal meeting of 27 Ministers of Foreign and European Affairs of the EU countries in Brussels on Tuesday morning, organized by the Belgian Presidency of the European Union.
Cristina Gherasimov thanked Hadja Lahbib, Minister of Foreign and European Affairs of Belgium for the invitation and the opportunity to talk to her counterparts from the member countries about the developments on our European agenda.
"We discussed the level of implementation of the last three recommendations of the European Commission, the priorities for the coming period and the challenges we have to face, and I expressed my conviction that together, with the support of our friends and partners in the EU, we can strengthen the European path of the Republic of Moldova", said the official.
The Deputy Prime Minister for European Integration also spoke about the government's efforts to be ready for the accession negotiations.
