Over 71,000 crossings registered at Moldova's state border on 15 June

Chisinau, 16 June /MOLDPRES/ - The flow of people at border is continuously increasing. Border policemen recorded 71,469 crossings on 15 June. Most crossings are registered in the direction of exit from Moldova – 35,844, according to the data by the General Inspectorate of Border Police.
The most transited border crossing points (PTF) stay:
PTF Chisinau International Airport – 18,068 crossings of people;
PTF Leuseni – 9,999 crossings of people;
PTF Sculeni – 8,049 crossings of people;
PTF Cahul – 6,847 crossings of people;
PTF Otaci – 5,583 crossings of people;
PTF Giurgiulesti-Galati – 5,313 crossings of people.
Joint PTF Palanca – 4,367 crossings of people;
The Border Police inform that, on 14 June, 19,504 Ukrainian citizens had crossed the border, of which 10,063 entered Moldova. At the same time, 2,269 of the Ukrainian citizens were minors.
Border policemen recommend that the citizens, before setting out, consult the Green Line of the Border Police (022259717) or verify online the situation at the border checkpoints (http://border.gov.md/camere-web).
In the last 24 hours, 12 foreign citizens were denied entrance into Moldova.
On 15 June, border policemen registered ten illegal crossings of the state border; 18 people documented; nine people infringed the regime in PTFs; one travel document forged; eight infringements of the rules of the use of the vignette and of vehicles’ exploitation; four foreigners violated the rules of stay in Moldova.
