Children from Taraclia to Take Part in International Football Tournament Nesebar Cup

Two football teams with 30 children - graduates of the Sports School of Taraclia region, left for Nesebar (Southeast Bulgaria), where they will participate in the international tournament Nesebar Cup together with athletes from Gagauzia (Moldova), Bulgaria, Romania and other countries. The event will last until June 26, BTA informs.

Athletes from two age categories - 9 to 10-year-olds and 14 to 15-year-olds - will take part in the tournament.

Nesebar Cup is an international competition for children and teenagers, held twice a year in the town of Nesebar. The last edition attracted about 1,200 children from 81 teams. It is organized by FC Sofia Sport, OFC Nesebar and Nesebar Municipality and aims to promote physical activity and sports tourism in the region, the competition organizers said.
