Cimișlia hospital equipped with new digital x-ray and radioscopy system

Chisinau, July 16 /MOLDPRES/- Cimislia district hospital has strengthened diagnostic and treatment capacity by installing a digital radiography and radioscopy system. The equipment, worth about 3.5 million lei, was purchased by the Health Ministry.

According to the Health Ministry, the high-performance device allows doctors to carry out fast, detailed and high-precision investigations, contributing to improving the quality of radiological medical services offered to patients. This acquisition increases access to quality health services for the inhabitants of Cimislia district.

Over the last year, several district hospitals have received new medical equipment, purchased under the project COVID-19 Emergency Response and Support for Micro, Small and Medium-sized Enterprises, financed by the Council of Europe Development Bank.
