As of September, Supreme Court rulings to look similar to ECHR decisions

Chisinau, Aug 16 /MOLDPRES/- As of September, the rulings of the Supreme Court of Justice (CSJ) will have a structure similar to the decisions of the European Court of Human Rights. Also, the main legal issues analyzed in the document will be mentioned on the first page.

Justice Minister Veronica Mihailov-Moraru noted that the standardization of the structure of court documents and the integration of standard models of court documents into the Integrated Case Management Program are actions deriving from the Action Plan for the implementation of the Strategy on ensuring the independence and integrity of the justice sector for 2022-2025.

According to the Ministry of Justice, the reform will make it easier to understand the CSJ documents and will contribute to the unification of judicial practice. The new structure is already used in criminal matters.
