Moldovan Prime Minister to propose new candidates on Monday to replace resigned ministers

Chisinau, July 14. /MOLDPRES/- Prime Minister Dorin Recean said that on Monday he will propose to President Maia Sandu new candidates for the leadership of three ministries, whose heads have announced their resignations.
The decision was announced after three ministers of the Government led by Dorin Recean resigned. It is about Minister of Internal Affairs Ana Revenco, Minister of Education and Research Anatolie Topală and Minister of Infrastructure and Regional Development Lilia Dabija.
"I announce that three ministers submitted their mandate yesterday. Thank you Mr. Topală. The university reform he set up and implemented is bringing results. Thank you Minister Revenco. She made a key contribution when she took over the management of the refugee crisis, managed complex situations, laid the foundations for the necessary transformations for the Ministry of Internal Affairs. I thank Lilia Dabija, who ensured the modernization of over 300 km of road", said Recean.
The official said that on Monday he will propose to President Maia Sandu the list of new ministers for the positions.
Recean government was inaugurated on February 16, 2023.
