Moldova, Ukraine to coordinate efforts in European integration process

Chisinau, 23 August /MOLDPRES/ - The integration of Ukraine and Moldova into the European Union is a common goal for the two countries. We have agreed on coordinating the efforts on this way. President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy today made statements to this effect after a meeting with Prime Minister Dorin Recean.

The Ukrainian president informed that he had discussed with the Moldovan PM the transit of Ukrainian food products across Moldova and creation of the relevant infrastructure.

„Thank you for the support of the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine!’’ the Ukrainian president said.

Prime Minister Dorin Recean is on a visit to Ukraine. During the visit, Recean had a meeting with his Ukrainian counterpart Denis Shmyhal.
