Over 70 tons of drinking water to be delivered to churches from Moldovan capital on Epiphany

Chisinau, 17 January /MOLDPRES/ - Over 70 tons of drinking water will be delivered to the Orthodox churches from Chisinau on Epiphany.
According to the Moldovan capital’s city hall, on 18-19 January, starting from 9:00, Apa-Canal Chisinau will deliver about 40 tons of water to the parish Saint Theodor and Saint Theodora of Sihla, Pushkin Street and to the parish of All Romanian Saints, Decebal blvd 93. The water will be deposited in a special reservoir and will be subsequently blessed and distributed to parishioners.
During 9:00-17:00. By 12 tons of water will be delivered to the religious community Saint Demetrios the New, on Pietrarilor Street, the church of All Saints Glorified on the Lands of Moldova, on Dimo Street 6. And the Saint Andrew Monastery from the Durlesti town, Chisinau municipality, N. Dimo 100 Street.
The tank truck will be placed in yards of the churches and after the blessing each believer will be able to take the needed quantity of blessed water.
