Employees of National Institute of Justice to submit asset declarations

Chisinau, 18 Jan. /MOLDPRES/- A legislative initiative set up to strengthen the capacities of the National Institute of Justice (INJ) and the competences of INJ audiences was voted today in the final reading by the Parliament.
The document sees facilities for the audience of the INJ, as well as the obligation to present the declaration of wealth and personal interests.
Regarding the entrance exam, it is proposed to introduce the obligation to publish the results of each test and subsequently, the final result of the exam on the INJ website.
Other provisions of the draft law refer to the regulation of the status of the leader of the internship, the way of setting up the Commission for graduation exam, etc. At the same time, the INJ director will be elected by competition for a 4-year mandate, and the same person will be able to exercise a maximum of two director mandates.
